Please read these Terms of Service completely before using HRQuickSource.com (“the Site”) which is owned and operated by HRxpress, Inc. By using, accessing, or subscribing to HRQuickSource, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Subscription Refund Policy

Subscriptions are nonrefundable.  While we appreciate organizational changes, we must approach our subscription service as a standard non-refundable subscription that your organization has purchased and can continue to use until the end of the subscription service, whereupon it will not automatically renew. Only in a case where HRxpress, Inc. opts to unilaterally terminate your access to the Site, will your subscription balance be refunded.

Integrity of Content

The content on our Site does not constitute legal advice. It is California focused and designed for human resources guidance and education, suggestions for best practices, and to provide useful forms and documents based on typical human resource situations. The content is based on what we consider the most relevant and current information that we can find on a particular subject. The Site and its components are offered for informational purposes only; this Site shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Site and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information. Your subscription requires you to provide certain information that may be private, for example, name, address, phone number, email address, or other similar identifiers. We do not in any circumstances share this information with anyone. Your full credit card data is not visible to us and is the responsibility of a third-party credit card processing company.

This Agreement is governed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.

Changes to This Agreement

HRxpress, Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We do so by posting and drawing attention to the updated terms on the Site. Your decision to continue to visit and make use of the Site after such changes have been made constitutes your formal acceptance of the new Terms of Service. Therefore, we ask that you check and review this Agreement for such changes on an occasional basis. Should you not agree to any provision of this Agreement or any changes we make to this Agreement, we ask and advise that you do not use or continue to access the Site immediately.
